Dan Kever, P.E. is a Principal with TRG and oversees the selection of sites, integration of the project delivery team and TRG business management functions. As a professional civil engineer with 25 years of experience, Dan has been directly involved in all facets of real estate development including acquisition, entitlement, design, construction and financing. His extensive experience includes projects of all types including industrial, commercial, government and residential with construction budgets exceeding $100MM.
Michael Gingrich is a Principal with TRG and responsible for platform strategy and deal origination and development. Michael has an extensive background with institutional platforms and real estate ventures in the US and European markets. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Gingrich has developed or invested in over $1bb in commercial and residential projects in public and private vehicles. Michael is also Fund Manager for PPAF, a GP-co-investment fund that actively partners with TRG and other institutional partners.
Josh Wills is Director of Acquisitions for TRG and responsible for sourcing industrial and residential investment opportunities, land entitlement, and development projects.
Josh has a background with one of the largest industrial developers in the country sourcing, entitling and managing projects. Other experience includes homebuilding, site selection and local government administration.
Ethan Belanger is Director of Commercial Development and specializes in equity syndication, value add acquisitions, and ground up development. Asset class experience includes apartments, manufactured housing, and self-storage. Over the past 15 years Mr. Belanger has raised and deployed over $250 million in equity investments for real estate acquisitions and development projects.
Jon Orlando is the Director of Construction for TRG and oversees construction operations including risk management, design coordination, review and approval of estimates and schedules, contract and change order negotiations, value engineering, and project closeout.
Over the past 30 years Jon has delivered a wide range of projects including multistory self-storage facilities, light industrial warehouse space as well as a multitude of different retail properties.
Ryan Fuesting is Director of Acquisitions with 10+ years’ experience in real estate, development, market analytics and business strategy. Property type experience includes industrial, retail asset classes and senior living/active adult. He has held executive-level assignments managing the creation and implementation of Real Estate and Development services across North America.
Madison Jones is the Development Associate with TRG Development. She focuses on the management and delivery of projects and is responsible for project controls, such as scheduling and budget tracking, that ensure the success of projects. Maddy has construction & development experience including field work, estimating, and project management with Cushman & Wakefield. Maddy has worked across asset classes including industrial, self-storage, and multifamily. Maddy brings a diverse background in planning, executing, and managing projects, whether new construction or renovations.
Chad Clevenger is the Program Director for TRG. He responsible for land entitlement, development and construction services. As a professional civil engineer with 20 years of experience, Chad has been involved in design, entitlement, management, and construction for projects of all types including commercial, government, industrial and residential. Chad has overseen risk management, coordination, estimating, scheduling, contract and change order negotiations, value engineering and project closeout for a wide range of construction projects.
